Unsurprisingly, Mario was on time the first day he stopped by, explained the process and answered all our questions, and left us with some papers with details and color samples. The price felt fair, and we were ultimately impressed by the quality of the work and that he warranties his own work for 10 years. His team was fast and efficient, covered some fixtures and plants around the house, and cleaned up our yard and driveway after. He noticed my attic did not have ventilation and installed gable vents. I was highly impressed by his attention to detail. All his guys were tied off when working on the roof so safety is not a worry. If the need arises I will definitely use Mario and his team again.

Mario and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof shingles, skylights, and gutters. They arrived right on time at the start of each day and left the area clean at the end of each day.
Mario was always available to answer questions throughout the process. He walked me through some ideas he had to improve our ridge vent, and is very knowledgeable about all that he does. He also shared pictures of plywood that required replacement as he found them, so there were no surprises in the end.
The new skylights have made a HUGE difference not only in the look of our house, but also keeping the house cooler in the summer.
I would definitely recommend On Time Roofing if you’re in need of roof work!

After requesting estimates from three different companies, I found that the pricing was about the same across the board. What made us choose Mario was his accurate and smooth inspection process, clear explanations, and thoughtful customer-focused preparation.
They carefully covered the attic to keep it clean, protected the yard, and minimized any damage to the trees. When the work was completed, both the attic and the yard were thoroughly cleaned. They even brought a portable restroom for the crew, which showed their professionalism and consideration.
Mario and his team worked efficiently with no wasted effort, and the final result was excellent. They were also very accommodating with additional requests during the project, and whenever they discovered new ideas or possible improvements, they suggested them without any pressure.
Because our house is old, the final cost ended up being higher than the original estimate. However, compared to the optional add-on costs from the other companies, I still believe we saved money by choosing Mario’s team.

It is my pleasure to recommend On Time Roofing. Our stucco house has two flat roofs with red clay Spanish tile borders. I sought out estimates from four companies and chose On Time roofing because they provided detailed photos and the most thorough description of work to be performed. Additionally I read reviews from other customers, and discussed the project with the owner, Mario, who is very professional and personable. The estimate from On Time was not the cheapest among the four companies, but it was the one that gave me the most confidence about the job to be done. In all aspects, I'm glad I selected them. Such an amazing experience with Mario and his team! Truly exceptional service, punctual, hardworking, clean and organized. Mario accessed the issues we had in our roof and provided us with different solutions. Our estimate was given the same day. When we had questions, Mario immediately called us to explain. We ended up replacing our entire roof, the roof of the garage and replaced our gutters. We were so satisfied with the results. Our belongings were cared for and placed back were they belonged. I didn't find any garbage or trace in our property that our roof was replaced. The job was done in 3 days. We did have a few minimal touch ups, I had brought to Mario's attention.
